Login to report incidents
Login as a technician
 
Welcome to ServiceDesk4U

This web site provides IT support to the RFCA, CCF, MSSC and ACF users. Instructions on how to use this site are available in the Download Centre.

The following tools are available for your use:

Online Chat
Please click the icon above to chat with a technician at the Service Desk if the Icon displays "Online", otherwise you can click the icon and leave a message for the technicians to contact you during normal working hours.

Report an Incident
If you are a registered user and have an account, you can login to report an incident using the link above. If you don't know your login details please email sd4u@serfca.org and request the details to be sent to you. This is the preferred method of obtaining support.

Technician Login
If you are a support technician, you can use the link above to login to SDE.

Email Support
If you are unable to login and wish to report an incident, you can send an email to sd4u@serfca.org. Please provide the name of the application in the subject of the email. For example, WESTMINSTER. This method is to be used only if you are unable to login.

Telephone Support
Telephone support is available if you are unable to login or send email as described above. Please call the helpdesk number 01252 357 619.

Knowledge Base
A knowledgebase of previously reported and resolved incidents is available using the link above. This can be used to search for similar problems/solution to assist you to resolve the incident you wish to report.
